Order What happens after the order is placed? After purchasing products/services online you will instantly receive your invoice and purchase confirmation. The purchase confirmation email contains all necessary information to download and activate your product.

How to use a discount coupon? The coupons can be used on the order page and a discount is applied if the following conditions are met:
  • The coupon is valid
  • The coupon is available for the product
  • The total order price after the discount is above $4 USD
After entering the coupon code, if the above conditions are met, you will be able to see the actual discount.
Can I use a free email address? You can use your free e-mail account but it is recommended that you use a business email address. Orders placed with free e-mail accounts can be subject to additional verifications.

How to pay by purchase order?
  1. On the order page select "Purchase Order" in the "Payment Method" field and place an order
  2. You will receive a proforma invoice and the document to complete your order
  3. Fill in the necessary information in the document
  4. Sign and attach your company purchase order to the document and fax it to our head office in Toronto, Canada at: +1-866-724-3925 (USA/Canada), +1-416-981-7818 (International). PayPro Europe Ltd. needs to be listed as the supplier on your original purchase order.
Upon receiving and clearing your payment our team will complete your order and send a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Purchase Orders can be paid using Mail (Credit Card Details, Check, Money Order, Cashier Check), Phone (credit card), Wire Payment or Bank Transfer.
How to pay by wire transfer?
  1. On the order page select "Wire Transfer" in the "Payment Method" field and place an order
  2. You will receive an email with the necessary information to complete your order
  3. In order to complete your purchase, please review your order information and contact your bank to transfer the amount to our account. Our team will complete your order and send a confirmation email within 2 business days after receiving the payment. There is no need to take further action until you have received this confirmation e-mail from us.

Do I have to pay sales tax? PayPro Europe Ltd. is a Canadian corporation and is required to collect GST/HST in Canada.
Do I have to pay VAT? PayPro collects VAT from all EU consumers who do not have a valid VAT ID for electronically delivered products. The collected VAT is paid directly to the relevant national authorities.
